The Board

Mag. Bettina Selden
Member of the Board of Management

Bettina Selden worked at the Oesterreichische Kontrollbank until 1994, responsible for avalising of bills as well as the export credit guarantee department. She was appointed as Member of the Board of Management of PRISMA in 1995. Her responsibilities include credit assessment, indemnifications, accounting, controlling, risk management and and human resources. Other than that mentioned, Bettina Selden is a member of the Board of Management at the OeKB EH Beteiligungs- und Management AG.

Ludwig Mertes
Member of the Board of Management

Ludwig Mertes has been responsible for the areas of external communication, sales, key account management, policy underwriting and IT since 2006. In 1995 Ludwig Mertes came from Euler Hermes Hamburg to the branch office in Switzerland set up in the same year. He was responsible for the successful establishment of Euler Hermes’ operation there. Among his duties at PRISMA he is also a member of the Board of Management at the OeKB EH Beteiligungs- und Management AG.
